Micozzi Management, Inc. is a privately held real estate firm based
in Allston, Massachusetts. We own and manage approximately 2000
residential apartments throughout Massachusetts. In addition to
our Allston headquarters, we have regional offices in Quincy and
Worcester. We are currently seeking experienced Leasing Agents
for our Quincy office.
The responsibilities of this Quincy-based position include daily
driving to/from our properties located in Quincy, Weymouth, Braintree,
Norwood and Attleboro. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle
and the willingness to travel frequently throughout the South Shore
region to conduct business. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible
for leasing apartments, running credit checks/verifications on
rental applications, preparing leases and related documents, advertising
placement and tracking, market research and complying with Fair
Housing regulations and company policy.
Qualifications: We are only seeking professionals with prior residential
apartment leasing experience at this time. Typical to the real
estate industry, the willingness to work some evenings and weekends
are a must. The individual we are seeking must be independent,
highly organized, creative, demanding of themselves, customer service
and goal-oriented.
Compensation: Salary & rental commissions. Paid holidays, paid
sick/personal days, paid vacation. Health/dental/life insurance
coverage/401K is available. This is a long-term career opportunity

Experienced Maintenance Technicians are needed for our Worcester office. Candidates should possess significant
apartment turnover experience and be skilled in the building trades:
plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, etc. Your own tools and
a pickup truck are also required. Excellent compensation including
overtime and growth potential will be offered to qualified candidates.
